
Dharamshala: On 4 March 2026, the Department of Religion and Culture of the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) launched the 3rd Teaching Methodology Training on Primary Education for monastic teachers at Sarah College for Higher Tibetan Studies.
The training is designed to help teachers better understand child psychology in order to support student well-being, while also providing practical tools for more effective daily lesson planning.
A total of 14 teachers from 10 different monasteries are participating in this session. The training will last for one and a half months, during which participants will receive instruction in Tibetan language teaching techniques, general education, science, traditional and modern teaching methodologies, child psychology, and Social, Emotional, and Ethical (SEE) Learning.
